HRBP Assistant Manager

A leading global company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Assistant Manager to join their Head Office team in Ho Chi Minh. This role offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering with business leaders and driving organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. You will be at the heart of shaping people strategies that align with business objectives, supporting key HR initiatives such as recruitment, learning and development, and organisational transformation.

What you'll do:

• Partner with business leaders to optimize organization structure, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
• Drive key HR initiatives across talent management, employee relations, performance management, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
• Advise managers on people-related matters while strengthening organizational capability and employee experience.
• Support Head Office recruitment and collaborate with COEs to deliver HR programs and strategic people initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights for business decisions and support company-wide engagement and communication activities.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HRBP, Talent Management, OD, ER, or Performance Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and consultation skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate workforce insights into business recommendations.
• Experience in multinational organizations; retail or FMCG exposure and English proficiency are advantageous.
