HRBP Production
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a vibrant, sports-inspired environment and is eager to make a significant impact on both people and business outcomes. As a strategic partner, you will be at the heart of organisational transformation, driving talent initiatives and supporting operational excellence across multiple locations.
What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted business partner by leading organisational design projects, implementing talent development initiatives, and enhancing overall team performance across production operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies tailored to the needs of the business unit, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on complex issues while fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee HR operations for stores located in both the North and South regions, supporting approximately 150 employees through periods of rapid expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Shared Service teams on Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Workforce planning for accelerated growth over the next five years by anticipating talent needs and supporting change management efforts.
- Utilise data-driven insights to influence senior stakeholders and inform decision-making processes related to people strategy.
- Promoting engagement initiatives that reflect shared values and encourage participation at all levels.
- Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and targeted development plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws while maintaining best practices in HR policies and procedures.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience as an HR business partner or similar role in human centric focused environment, ideally supporting multi-site operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to understand business drivers; candidates with P&L oversight or entrepreneurial backgrounds are especially valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels through clear communication and active listening.
- A track record of influencing senior leaders using data-driven insights rather than authority alone, resulting in positive organisational outcomes.
- Experience leading or contributing significantly to organisational design projects, talent management initiatives, or large-scale change programmes.
- Deep understanding of employee relations practices including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and fostering positive workplace climates.
- Personal passion for active lifestyles that aligns naturally with the company’s culture and values.
- International mindset gained from working in diverse environments or collaborating across cultures; adaptability is key.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or Learning & Development.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards while ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
