What you’ll do:

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and deliver a three‑to‑five‑year people strategy covering organisation design, talent, culture, and succession. Lead seven HR pillars (HRBP, OD, TA, L&D, C&B, C&E, EX) to deliver aligned, high‑impact initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and business heads on senior talent and organisational decisions. Own total rewards including benchmarking, annual cycles, and executive compensation.
  • Drive culture through engagement, recognition, and values integration while managing sensitive employee risks with Legal. Oversee hiring, talent reviews, and policy compliance.
  • Leverage people analytics (SAP HANA HR, Power BI, ATS) to inform decisions, predict attrition, and strengthen leadership pipelines.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Psychology is essential; Master’s degree (MBA/Master HR/Organisational Psychology) is highly desirable.
  • Preferrably 15+ years in HR with 8+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG. Strong track record in organisational design, M&A integration, and large‑scale transformation.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, succession, and total rewards (Mercer/Talentnet/WTW). Proven ability to lead large teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high integrity and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English; advanced HR systems knowledge (Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Power BI). Relevant certifications (SHRM/CIPD/Hay) required; international exposure preferred.
