Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to support senior leadership, particularly within Technology functions. This role will act as a trusted advisor, driving people strategies, strengthening organizational capability, and leading HR initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and retention across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be a Trusted Advisor to Leadership

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape people strategy aligned with business growth
  • Influence critical decisions on organizational structure, talent planning, and team effectiveness
  • Act as a strategic sounding board on complex people-related challenges

Drive Impactful Talent Strategies

  • Lead strategic hiring priorities for high-impact roles in Technology and other.
  • Proactively identify retention risks and design targeted interventions
  • Enable internal mobility and career growth across teams and functions

Own the Talent & Rewards Agenda

  • Shape competitive compensation strategies backed by market intelligence
  • Drive benchmarking initiatives and ensure fairness and consistency across levels
  • Support leadership in making data-driven reward and retention decisions

Elevate Employee Experience

  • Champion initiatives that enhance engagement, well-being, and overall employee experience
  • Continuously improve onboarding and key employee lifecycle moments
  • Help build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Leverage Data to Influence Decisions

  • Translate HR data (attrition, engagement, workforce trends) into meaningful insights
  • Present clear, executive-ready recommendations to leadership
  • Track and measure success of HR initiatives with a strong results orientation

Lead with Ownership & Execution Excellence

  • Drive HR initiatives end-to-end—from strategy through execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and close capability gaps
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization\

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP leadership roles in financial services, fintech or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in fast-paced, high-performance environments
  • Strong experience across talent management, compensation, and organizational development
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and business acumen
