Country Head of HRBP
Role Overview * Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities. * Drive talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. * Provide trusted HR advisory support to leaders on workforce, performance, and organizational matters. * Partner with regional HR teams and COEs to deliver impactful people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on talent management, workforce planning, succession, and organizational development.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support organizational change and transformation programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver key hiring priorities.
- Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
- Act as the primary HR advisor to the country leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of HR experience, including HRBP experience in multinational organizations.
- Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
- Good understanding of Vietnam labor law and HR compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people priorities and business objectives.
