HR Manager - Hung Yen
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join a well-established multinational organisation in Hung Yen. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, all while fostering positive team member relations.
What you'll do:
- Support recruitment activities by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, preparing candidate reports, coordinating interview schedules, and drafting offer documents to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as organising orientation sessions, collecting necessary documentation, and delivering company policy training to new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of team members by updating files and HR databases regularly to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team member queries regarding company policies, programmes, and procedures, offering guidance with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with probation tracking, contract renewals, performance reviews, training initiatives, employee relations matters, and other compliance-related tasks to support the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and mandatory social insurance submissions with third-party providers by managing attendance records, leave requests, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Support the administration of team member benefits including leave tracking and participation in company activities to promote engagement and wellbeing.
- Work closely with external HR/payroll vendors (EOR) on all HR administration and compliance matters to ensure adherence to Vietnamese labour regulations.
- Help organise performance review timelines by collecting required documents and arranging internal or external training sessions for continuous development.
- Provide expatriate support by assisting with document collection for visas, work permits, residence cards, as well as some relocation logistics such as apartment viewings and local orientation.
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field (HR certification is considered an advantage)
- Comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese labour regulations combined with practical experience in HR processes ensures you can navigate complex compliance requirements effectively.
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience in human resources—preferably within multinational organisations.
- At least 3 years’ experience managing recruitment for mid- or senior-level positions equips you with advanced talent acquisition skills tailored to organisational needs.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience collaborating within cross-cultural teams enhances your ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds while promoting inclusivity.

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous development
