A leading organisation in healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to drive strategic HR initiatives and support regional growth. You will partner with senior leaders to build scalable HR practices, enhance employee experience, and foster a collaborative culture. What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to support organisational effectiveness by strengthening people capability and facilitating strategic workforce decisions.
  • Oversee comprehensive HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR administration, labour compliance, contract management, and employee relations to ensure smooth processes.
  • Standardise and implement HR policies across the organisation to maintain consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead recruitment strategy and hiring execution by managing employer branding initiatives and continuously improving recruitment processes for an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Manage the Total Rewards framework by optimising salary structures, benefits programmes, and incentive schemes aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Drive the Performance Management System through KPI design, goal alignment, performance review cycles, and evaluation frameworks that promote accountability.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal talent capacity for business growth while assisting with organisation structure design and capability development.
  • Develop career path frameworks, succession planning strategies, and internal talent development programmes to strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives by ensuring effective communication during implementation of HR programmes and transformation projects.
  • Identify organisational capability gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives that support both employee performance and business objectives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and professional certifications such as SHRM or Mecer Total Rewards Certification would be considered advantageous.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in human resources roles with at least 3 years spent in HR leadership positions.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail or fast-growing organisations will enable you to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition strategies, proven track record managing HR teams as well as cross-functional HR initiatives demonstrates your ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Total Rewards frameworks including salary structures and benefits programmes allows you to maintain competitive compensation practices.
  • Hands-on experience designing performance management systems (PMS), KPIs, goal alignment processes and evaluation frameworks supports continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability building scalable HR policies, processes and systems within growing organisations highlights your adaptability.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is mandatory for effective communication across diverse teams.
