Join a leading global manufacturer as an HR Manager and lead the HR team for a large-scale operation in Tay Ninh. This is an opportunity to shape people strategy, strengthen culture, drive employee engagement, and support business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What you'll do:

  • Lead all HR activities across a large manufacturing operation and support smooth collaboration across multiple factories.
  • Manage key HR areas including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop workforce plans and lead large-scale hiring to meet business and production needs.
  • Monitor employee turnover and implement retention initiatives to improve workforce stability.
  • Design competitive salary and benefits programmes to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law, social insurance, EHS requirements, and internal policies, including supporting audits (RBA/ISO).
  • Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and coordination with unions and authorities.
  • Oversee administration services such as office operations, canteen, transport, security, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Drive workplace health and safety initiatives, including employee health programmes and legal compliance.
  • Partner with leadership on organisation design and build a strong HR/Admin team to support business growth and employee experience.

What you bring:

  • Live near the Plant in Tay Ninh or able to travel in daily basis
  • 7–10 years of HR experience in large manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading HR teams, including Administration and Health & Safety functions.
  • Strong experience in mass recruitment and workforce planning to support business growth in high volume.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, social insurance, and EHS regulations.
  • Experience supporting external audits such as RBA or ISO is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good analytical thinking, leadership, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build engaged teams and create a positive employee experience.
