An exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join a leading manufacturing company in the Mekong Delta. This role will lead people strategies, support factory operations, and build an inclusive workplace culture while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and long-term growth within a supportive and development-focused environment.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with factory leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, and people development initiatives.
  • Implement and coordinate HR programmes and best practices across multiple factory sites.
  • Manage employee relations, negotiations, compensation & benefits, and organisational change.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain effective government and external stakeholder relationships.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or factory environments.
  • Strong background in employee relations, industrial relations, and change management.
  • Solid knowledge of labour law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and stakeholder management with strong interpersonal skills.
