TA & Admin Manager - Manufacturing

What you'll do:
As the Talent Acquisition and Administration Manager, you will lead recruitment and administration functions to support business growth and employee experience. You will drive hiring strategies, strengthen employer branding, oversee office and expatriate services, and lead high-performing teams while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce plans and business priorities.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment and enhance candidate experience.
- Track recruitment KPIs and optimise hiring processes, costs, and talent quality.
- Strengthen employer branding and manage external recruitment partners.
- Support manpower planning through market insights and headcount monitoring.
- Oversee administration operations including facilities, transportation, canteen, office services, visitor and expatriate management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop TA and Administration teams to drive performance and service excellence.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is a plus.
- Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and talent attraction.
- Experience managing administration functions, ideally within manufacturing environments.
- Strong English communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and employee experience.
