An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Country HR Lead to join a leading multinational organisation in Vietnam. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of HR, partnering with senior leaders to drive business growth through effective people strategies, talent development, and a high-performance culture. In this role, you will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR operations, and office administration, while championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and DE&I initiatives. You will also lead the local HR team, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to deliver strategic HR initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader with strong business partnering skills, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for building high-performing teams within a multinational environment.

As a Country HR Lead, you will be managing full spectrum of human resources management which includes headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development, talent management, and overall well-being of employees the organization.

Lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources areas which include headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, talent management, work permit and overall well-being of employees the organization.

What'll you do:

  • Lead in the development and review of HR plans, policies and processes according to the organization’s priorities and local laws and regulations and ensure there is effective communication and implementation across the organization.
  • Partner closely with the Country Manager and the local leadership team to champion the desired corporate culture and enhance the employee well-being, and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) of employees in Vietnam.
  • Partner Country Manager and Division /Function Leaders on talent management and development processes and plans to build a successful talent bench strength to support the business growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR personnel to ensure delivery of HR priorities to add value to the organization.
  • Keep updated on all labor/workforce related laws and regulations, including permits, tax and insurance related regulations.
  • Oversee the Vietnam office reception as well as office admin and facilities to ensure there is efficient support and services provided for the Vietnam office.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or equivalent.
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in end-to-end HR Generalist and business partnering (60%).
  • Knowledge in Workday HR system will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal all level of stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A great team player and engaging personality.
