A leading manufacturing plant in Dong Nai is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions for a workforce of over 800 employees. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape organisational culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labour regulations across diverse departments including production, logistics, quality assurance, engineering, and office operations.

What you’ll do

As Human Resources Manager, you will lead the full HR function for a 800+ employee manufacturing plant in Dong Nai, partnering closely with the Vietnam leadership team to build a stable, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, payroll, attendance, employee services, and HR administration.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnam Labour Law and company requirements.
  • Drive employee and labour relations, including grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, labour disputes, and trade union engagement.
  • Develop workforce and succession plans to ensure the right talent is in place for current and future business needs.
  • Lead performance management, talent development, learning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Continuously improve HR processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to address people challenges, support business objectives, and promote a positive workplace culture.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional HR qualification is highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role within manufacturing or other labour-intensive environments.
  • Experience managing HR for large blue-collar workforces, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labour Law and employment practices.
  • Solid experience across HR operations, recruitment, C&B, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to manage grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, labour disputes, and trade union relationships.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent Vietnamese and good English, with the ability to work effectively with regional stakeholders.
