A leading global organisation is seeking a Vietnam Country Human Resources Manager to join their team. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with organisational goals while promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment throughout Vietnam.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding programmes, and talent management initiatives to ensure the organisation attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and adapting policies accordingly.
  • Support managers and employees with guidance on HR matters including performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Design and deliver training programmes that foster professional growth, enhance interpersonal skills, and encourage knowledge sharing among staff members.
  • Lead compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive offerings that reflect market standards while supporting employee well-being.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by creating policies that celebrate under-represented groups and promote communal values.
  • Manage employee engagement activities such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programmes to build loyalty and kinship within teams.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insights on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organisational development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records using dependable systems while safeguarding sensitive information with utmost care.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in human resources management within multinational or large-scale organisations operating in Vietnam is highly desirable for this role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese labour laws combined with the ability to adapt policies sensitively to changing regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrated through compassionate communication, empathetic conflict resolution, and nurturing relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to design engaging training programmes that support professional growth while encouraging knowledge sharing among colleagues.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through onboarding with a focus on creating pleasant candidate experiences.
  • Strong background in compensation and benefits administration ensuring offerings are competitive yet considerate of employee well-being.
  • Track record of championing diversity initiatives that celebrate under-represented groups while fostering communal values within teams.
  • Dependable organisational skills for maintaining accurate HR records using secure systems that protect sensitive information responsibly.
  • Collaborative approach when working with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, or organisational development projects.
