Head of Talent Acquisition
This role at the company will drive strategic sourcing, strategic hire, employer branding, and talent acquisition for succession planning for critical roles. They align recruitment with business objectives, lead specialized TA teams, and manage key relationships with universities for early career pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth
- Establish hiring frameworks, governance, and recruitment standards
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing TA team
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen employer brand positioning in the market
- Deliver seamless, high-quality candidate experiences from attraction to onboarding, particularly for key talent segments
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and collaborate closely with HR teams
- Build strong partnerships with external talent sources, including search firms and universities
Talent Pipeline & Market Insights
- Build sustainable talent pipelines across early-career, mid-level, and senior roles
- Provide market intelligence and insights to guide hiring and workforce decisions
- Leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment effectiveness and continuous improvement
Operations, Systems & Budgeting
- Oversee recruitment planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Implement and enhance recruitment systems, tools, and talent databases
Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies, regulations, and audit standards
- Strengthen processes, manage risks, and drive digitalization within TA operations
- Build internal team capability and ensure sustainable succession readiness
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, with proven leadership exposure within large multinational organizations
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of both local and global financial services or corporate sectors
- Core Skills: Demonstrated strength in people leadership, change management, strategic thinking, influencing, and strong business acumen
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and listening) to effectively engage with stakeholders and international candidates
