Head of Legal

• Provide strategic legal advice to the Executive Leadership Team on commercial and operational matters.
• Anticipate and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Lead contract governance and support complex commercial transactions, partnerships, and projects.
• Drive compliance programs, investigations, and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage regulatory relationships and support licensing, approvals, and business expansion initiatives.
• Review marketing, advertising, labeling, and promotional activities to protect the Company's brands and reputation.
• Oversee disputes, litigation matters, and external legal counsel.
• Build legal and compliance awareness through training and capability development programs.
• Support senior leadership on strategic projects, crisis management, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a reputable accredited university.
• Licensed to practice law in Vietnam with a valid practicing certificate.
• 12+ years of legal experience, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or other multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, contract, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory law.
• Experience advising multinational organizations and managing legal matters involving suppliers, distributors, and business partners.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk management and commercial objectives.
