Head of Legal - Manufacturing

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Legal to join a rapidly growing organization in Ho Chi Minh City. The role will act as a strategic legal advisor to the leadership team, overseeing legal matters across the company.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement group-wide legal, compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Lead major transactions, including M&A, investments, and strategic partnerships, from due diligence through execution.
• Advise senior management on corporate governance, investments and commercial matters.
• Oversee dispute resolution, regulatory matters and relationships with external counsel and authorities.
• Drive legal digital transformation, including contract management systems, and knowledge management.
• Build and develop the legal function, including team structure, KPIs, coaching and talent development.

What you bring:

• 12-15 years of legal experience, with experience sitting in a senior/leadership role.
• Strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal risk management.
• Strong dispute resolution and external counsel management experience.
• Commercially minded, with strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Vietnamese Lawyer Practicing Certificate and fluency in Vietnamese and English.
