Regulatory Compliance Lead (Food Packaging)

What you'll do:

• Ensure all food packaging, labelling, and product claims comply with Vietnamese regulations and food safety standards.
• Review artwork, ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and marketing claims for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support product registration, regulatory audits, and cross-functional projects with R&D, QA, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor changes in food packaging and environmental regulations, providing practical compliance guidance to stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing, focusing on packaging and labelling compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese food regulations, food-contact materials, and dairy/powder product standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
