A leading organisation is seeking a Compliance Lead to oversee its Ethics & Compliance Programme and drive a strong culture of integrity across the business. This role will lead compliance policy development, risk assessments, audits, and training while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. It offers a collaborative environment, flexible working arrangements, and strong opportunities for professional development.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and maintain the Group Ethics & Compliance Program, policies, and internal controls.
  • Advise management and employees on compliance matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop compliance training and awareness programmes to promote a strong ethical culture.
  • Prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and liaise with relevant authorities when required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Audit, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, anti-bribery laws, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk assessment skills.
  • High integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
