What you'll do:
As Marketing Director Dermo Cosmetics based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will take ownership of the entire brand strategy for Vietnam—crafting compelling narratives that connect with consumers across every touchpoint. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with commercial partners to drive sales acceleration through creative campaigns while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead new product launches from ideation through activation; harness digital platforms to build vibrant communities; analyse data to refine strategies; and translate medical insights into powerful brand messages. - Develop and execute annual brand and category strategies tailored to local market dynamics while aligning with global direction to ensure relevance and competitive advantage.
- Design consumer-centric marketing plans informed by deep insights into dermatological trends and evolving skincare needs specific to Vietnam.
- Oversee all aspects of new product launches from forecasting through post-launch evaluation, ensuring seamless execution in partnership with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply.
- Drive the innovation roadmap by adapting global concepts to local market opportunities and channel dynamics for maximum impact.
- Create integrated omni-channel marketing strategies spanning e-commerce, social commerce, modern trade, pharmacy chains, health & beauty outlets, clinics, hospitals, and traditional retail environments.
- Strengthen the digital ecosystem by enhancing media performance, CRM initiatives, social media engagement, KOL/KOC partnerships, community advocacy building, and content excellence.
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to optimise campaign effectiveness and maximise return on investment across all touchpoints.
- Continuously monitor consumer behaviour, competitive landscape changes, market trends, and category evolution to inform actionable business opportunities.
