The global banking and financial services sector is a highly competitive space to secure the best graduate talent. Our client wanted to launch their first early careers programme at scale, across 20+ countries in four continents. This would be particularly challenging considering the locally nuanced hiring needs and varying graduation cycles across the locations.
Our client needed a talent partner who deeply understood early careers talent ecosystems, could drive location-specific hiring goals, and had the breadth and experience to deliver a globally consistent, agile early careers programme that could flex as their business evolved.

Our [Modular RPO] service covers early careers talent programmes including internships, apprenticeships, project skills-based hiring, and an extensive international graduate programme across 20+ countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, and the UAE.
We manage candidate screening through to applications, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and assessment scoring using both video and AI platforms. We also play a large part in recruitment compliance ensuring timely completion of employment documentation, including rights-to-work.
Through our commitment to continuous improvement, we captured key lessons learned from the first graduate intake and have adapted the solution to deliver an enhanced, flexible service to accommodate the needs of the business year-on-year.
