An exciting Business Development Manager job has arisen in a leading construction firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
What you'll do:
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our client services.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging business opportunities, growth areas, market trends, and potential customers
Proactively generate leads and explore avenues for business expansion, keeping a keen eye on strategic fit and profitability
Develop and implement strategic business plans and marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the business fields you are overseeing
Foster and develop relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers, working collaboratively to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
What you bring:
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Proven experience in a business development role, preferably within engineering or a related industry
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent sales and marketing skills, demonstrating the ability to create effective strategies and business plans
Capability to understand and interpret technical information and requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience working with international teams and clients is a plus
Understanding of social and environmental responsibilities and their impact on the business world
