Key Account Manager (Chinese & English Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand unmet business needs and translate them into commercially viable solutions.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies, supporting sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Conduct market assessments, opportunity analysis, and business case evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through commercialization.

Business Analytics & Commercial Insights

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer data, and commercial metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, target setting, and performance measurement processes.
  • Develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to improve data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Finance.
  • Lead or support strategic projects aimed at improving commercial effectiveness and business performance.
  • Facilitate discussions, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Sales Excellence, Product Management, Market Analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and translating insights into business actions.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
  • Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, industrial, consumer goods, packaging, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix organization.
