What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager – Pharmacy Channel based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play an instrumental role in developing robust partnerships with leading pharmacy chains and e-wholesalers throughout Vietnam. Your day-to-day activities will involve crafting tailored account strategies that align both customer objectives and company goals. You will take ownership of joint business planning processes—setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets while prioritising product portfolios that resonate with each partner’s unique needs. In addition to overseeing financial performance at the account level—including revenue tracking and investment optimisation—you will champion best-in-class execution across all retail touchpoints.   • Develop strong partnerships with e-wholesalers and digital B2B platforms to maximise product availability, visibility, and promotional reach across online channels.
  • Lead accurate forecasting and demand planning processes by working closely with internal teams and customers to maintain optimal stock levels while mitigating inventory risks.
  • Monitor account performance using key KPIs such as sell-in/sell-out data, market share trends, distribution metrics, assortment breadth, and promotion ROI; identify corrective actions where necessary.
