Sales Manager (North) - Machinery/ Industrial Equipment
A global leader in industrial equipment is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships in Northern Vietnam. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for Northern Vietnam.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts that balance commercial success with long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment/ machinery (preferably compressors).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience managing distributor networks is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and delivering results.
