What you'll do:

As a Business Development Lead based in Ho Chi Minh City or Ha Noi, you will be at the heart of energising collaborative partnerships with distributor networks throughout Vietnam. Your daily activities will revolve around being a dependable advisor who understands both distributor priorities and customer needs. You’ll tailor creative solutions that empower partners to succeed in their respective markets while sharing strategies that help them expand their reach. By coordinating with internal teams for seamless product delivery and serving as a communication bridge among stakeholders, you’ll ensure business targets are met efficiently. Supporting distributors through challenges will reinforce trust and continuity in partnerships. Identifying new opportunities for growth will be key to your success. You’ll also provide detailed reports on market trends and outcomes while championing products that enhance patient care. Through collaboration with regional Product Managers on training sessions and clinical events, you’ll further strengthen distributor knowledge—making every day an opportunity to make a difference.

A relevant degree such as Nursing, Science or Pharmacy is preferred as it supports your technical expertise.
