What you'll do:

As Regional Sales Manager – Agriculture (Asia), you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of agricultural sales across several key Asian markets. Your academic background as an Agricultural Engineer or equivalent provides a solid foundation for understanding complex agronomic challenges. Fluency in English is crucial for cross-border communication; additional language skills such as Chinese or Vietnamese enable deeper engagement with local stakeholders. Your willingness to reside in Vietnam or China places you at the heart of key markets while frequent travel allows you to foster strong relationships across multiple countries. A Master’s degree specialising in agronomy or commercial technical fields would further strengthen your profile. Technical expertise related to fertiliser products and crops ensures you can contribute meaningfully during product development projects. Your familiarity with corporate management models aids strategic planning while competitor knowledge keeps you ahead of industry trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools streamlines reporting tasks.   • You possess a degree as an Agricultural Engineer or equivalent qualification that demonstrates your technical foundation in agronomy.
  • You bring at least five years’ experience in similar roles within bio stimulants, fertilisers or plant protection products sectors which equips you with deep industry insight.
  • Your proficiency in English is essential for effective communication; additional language skills such as Chinese, Vietnamese or Spanish are highly desirable for engaging local partners.
  • Your usual residence is in Vietnam or China (if all other requirements align), allowing you easy access to key markets within your remit.
  • You are available to travel frequently between countries of responsibility which enables you to maintain close contact with clients and partners.
  • A Master’s degree specialising in agronomic or commercial technical fields would further enhance your suitability for this role.
  • Technical knowledge related to fertiliser products and crops empowers you to provide expert advice during product development discussions.
