About the Role

As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Modernization division by developing and executing strategic plans that align with organisational goals. You will oversee sales activities and project delivery processes while building strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. This position offers significant influence over business direction and provides an opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to grow the Modernization business in alignment with group targets and local budget requirements.
  • Sales & Project Management: Manage sales processes and oversee project delivery from initial client engagement through installation and handover.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build lasting relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of modernization products to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving profitability objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Prepare budgets, conduct gap analyses, allocate resources effectively, and ensure accurate costing of projects.
  • Safety & Compliance: Promote adherence to 100% safety procedures across all projects while fostering a culture of safety within the team.
  • Team Leadership: Engage employees under your supervision to create a collaborative atmosphere conducive to successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • Proven experience in sales management within construction or engineering industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with external stakeholders (architects, consultants, contractors) and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational abilities for managing multiple projects simultaneously from sales through installation.
  • Deep understanding of modernization products or similar technical solutions for providing tailored customer offerings.
  • Analytical skills for budgeting, operational analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Commitment to safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards across all projects.
  • Resource planning expertise to guarantee adequate staffing and tooling for each project phase.
