Commecial Director (Education)

What You'll Do

• Lead business development and revenue growth across Vietnam.
• Build and manage relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, and Learning & Development stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Drive consultative, solutions-based sales of executive and professional education programs.
• Develop a strong pipeline of corporate clients and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in B2B business development, consultative sales, or partnership management.
• Strong network within corporate, enterprise, or government sectors in Vietnam.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Experience within education, learning & development, executive education, HR solutions, or professional services is highly desirable.
