What you'll do:

As Sales Manager – Process Instrumentation based in Ho Chi Minh, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth throughout Vietnam. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Managing Director to monitor financial performance while implementing strategic sales initiatives that align with organisational goals.   • Ensure full compliance with all company ethics, policies, and sales governance requirements in accordance with both local and group regulations.
  • Drive business growth within Vietnam by achieving or exceeding approved budget targets through collaborative planning and execution.
  • Plan, organise, coordinate, and implement all sales activities to achieve order bookings, revenue, margin, and operating profit targets.
  • Share responsibility with the Managing Director for monitoring and managing Profit & Loss performance to ensure sustainable business outcomes.
  • Organise, lead, and continuously optimise all activities related to the Sales Department by developing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate project pursuit activities locally and worldwide to expand the organisation’s reach.
  • Participate in project meetings, technical discussions, and bid clarification sessions to support successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and inbound orders in line with company terms & conditions while ensuring acceptable payment terms and target profit margins.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of legal and commercial aspects of contract negotiations to protect organisational interests.
  • Provide management with accurate 3-month / 6-month forecasts for order bookings, revenue, and P&L projections to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Define sales team objectives, incentive schemes, and performance appraisals to foster motivation and communal achievement.
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen distributor and partner channels to support business expansion through nurturing relationships.
