Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a dedicated project sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through collaborative efforts with your team.
  • Market Expansion: Drive market presence across Southern Vietnam (from Phu Yen to Ca Mau), cultivating relationships with investors, contractors, and design consultants to identify new project opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust-based partnerships with clients by providing technical advice and empathetic support to investors and partners involved in supplying or installing aluminium doors.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the project sales division for aluminium products in Southern Vietnam, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with other teams—such as installation supervision—to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop tailored documentation systems for efficient management reporting; train staff on best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Representation & Negotiation: Represent the company in high-profile client interactions and negotiations, showcasing professionalism and expertise to drive business growth.

You should be passionate about supporting your team’s development while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • A university degree or higher in economics, construction, or business administration is required to provide essential foundational knowledge.
  • Proven experience in project sales within the construction materials sector is essential to understand industry-specific challenges and solutions.
  • Established relationships with project investors, design consultants, and construction contractors are highly desirable for building trust-based networks.
  • Strong understanding of business operations related to construction materials ensures you can offer knowledgeable guidance to your team.
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese legal frameworks and market dynamics is crucial for navigating complex situations effectively.
  • Excellent planning skills to organise workflows efficiently while evaluating outcomes collaboratively with your team.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders; fluency in English is required for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven leadership abilities that demonstrate empathy, commitment to team development, and effective management of diverse teams.
  • Resilience under pressure combined with flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for efficient administrative tasks and reporting.
