About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the company’s expansion efforts in Vietnam. Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders involved in major infrastructure projects such as metro systems, highways, and public works.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities within Vietnam’s infrastructure sector.
• Client Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote advanced deformation monitoring and digital platform solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues to share insights, report progress, and align strategies with organisational objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, market trends, and potential project leads for management review.
• Presentations & Proposals: Deliver tailored presentations that highlight the benefits of digital solutions for construction monitoring.
• Training & Development: Participate in specialised training sessions held in Hong Kong to deepen your understanding of technical products and services.
• Technical Support: Provide expert advice on geo-technical aspects and digital monitoring platforms throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering combined with practical experience in the construction industry. Your geo-technical expertise will enable you to advise clients on sophisticated monitoring solutions for large-scale projects. You are proactive, dependable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build meaningful connections with stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the civil engineering or construction sector.
• Strong geo-technical skills relevant to deformation monitoring solutions for large-scale projects.
• Excellent command of English for seamless communication with international teams and local stakeholders.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities for building trustful relationships with clients and partners.
• Effective presentation skills for conveying technical information persuasively during meetings and events.
• Proven ability to work independently from a home-based setting while managing tasks efficiently.
