Role Overview Own and drive commercial growth in Vietnam through strategic partner development and strong execution across indirect sales channels. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, improving partner performance, and delivering sustainable revenue results. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute channel and partnership strategies * Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealer networks * Drive sales targets, pipeline management, and revenue growth * Monitor and improve partner performance and coverage * Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and go-to-market plans * Analyze sales data to optimize channel effectiveness * Deliver product training and support to partners * Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Min 8+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or distribution management
  • Experience in technical or product-driven industries is an advantage
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office/CRM
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
