Director, Channel Performance Management
We are looking for a seasoned leader to take ownership of channel performance across branch, digital, and alternative distribution networks. This role is critical in shaping strategy, driving execution, and improving productivity and customer experience at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead channel strategy and translate it into actionable business plans
- Drive sales performance, KPI frameworks, and frontline productivity
- Oversee rollout of products, campaigns, and initiatives across channels
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize channel effectiveness
- Design and enhance customer-centric sales & service models
- Partner cross-functionally to improve execution and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years in retail banking, sales, or channel management
- Strong experience in performance management, sales planning, and analytics
- Proven leadership with ability to drive execution across multiple teams
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for improving customer experience and business performance
