Head of E-Commerce

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce to lead the growth and performance of our digital commerce business. This role will be responsible for driving commercial results, enhancing customer experience, and developing strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve customer experience and engagement across digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital business, or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing commercial performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred

• Experience in consumer-facing, marketplace, technology, or digital businesses.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
