What you'll do:
As National Field Force Manager – Dermatology, you will be entrusted with shaping the strategic direction of medical engagement across Vietnam. - Manage budgets effectively by collaborating with Marketing and Medical Relations teams on promotional tools, giveaways, sampling strategies, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all medical visit materials are validated for accuracy, compliance with ethical standards, and alignment with brand identity before deployment in the field.
- Design the optimal field structure by mapping networks and sectors to guarantee efficient coverage of healthcare professionals across diverse regions.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach Medical Representatives on best practices in product detailing, knowledge transfer, compliance adherence, and relationship management.
- Recruit new talent into the field force while providing ongoing training and upskilling opportunities to maintain a high-performing team culture.
- Build enduring relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals through consistent engagement and value-driven interactions.
