They are seeking a Sales Leader to drive the sales division in Northern Vietnam, playing a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company’s presence in the region.

- Leverage your established connections with Taiwanese and Korean companies operating in Northern Vietnam to expand the client base.
- Recruit, build, and lead a local sales and support team, fostering a collaborative culture that supports sustainable regional growth.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs while highlighting the value of the company’s solutions.
- Work closely with headquarters and regional clients using professional English and Chinese language skills to ensure seamless communication.

What you bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within packaging, printing or related manufacturing sectors is essential for understanding client needs.
- A robust network of decision-makers within Taiwanese or Korean enterprise communities operating in Vietnam enables immediate impact.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese (nice to have) for effective communication with headquarters and clients.
