  • Translate market requests accurately and efficiently into actionable information for internal teams to prepare precise offers tailored to customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships through regular dialogue with customers to collect detailed information necessary for preparing competitive quotations.
  • Provide expert-level consulting on both technical and commercial aspects of machinery solutions while presenting and negotiating offers with customers.
  • Qualify customer requirements comprehensively using the current CRM system as a central sales tool while adhering strictly to CRM guidelines.
  • Report transparently on all sales activities including forecasts to management based on data maintained within CRM systems.
  • Ensure punctuality management by coordinating timely delivery of projects and complete information exchange between internal teams and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare budgetary quotations for machines and lines autonomously when requested by stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Optimise risk analysis costs and scope of supply for Kosme projects to maximise competitiveness and facilitate inclusion in RSP tools.
