What you'll do:

  • Over ten years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales within Vietnam’s hospital/prescription (ETC) channel demonstrating deep sector expertise that inspires confidence among colleagues and clients alike.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing medical sales teams both directly and indirectly through managers—with a strong emphasis on nurturing talent through coaching capabilities.
  • Extensive experience engaging hospitals through effective tender strategies including planning submissions readiness cross-functional orchestration bid analysis pricing coordination with finance partners—all delivered with enthusiasm for shared achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design structured cycle detailing plans implement field force operating rhythms such as planning coaching review cadences for optimal performance that brings out the best in every team member.
  • High level of integrity combined with thorough understanding of compliant HCP/HCO engagement expectations industry codes internal control measures—ensuring trust is always at the core of your work.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences Pharmacy or Business; an MBA qualification would be considered advantageous for broader regional/global interface responsibilities—showcasing your commitment to ongoing learning.
