Chief Commercial Officer
We are seeking a market-facing Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead revenue growth, user acquisition, and commercial strategy for a digital gaming platform. This role prioritizes online games, interactive content, and platform-based ecosystems, with less emphasis on traditional lottery models. The CCO will own end-to-end commercialization — from go-to-market strategy and partnerships to scaling digital channels and monetization — in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Market Growth
- Own revenue targets, growth strategy, and P&L across digital channels
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for online gaming platforms
- Identify new market opportunities and scale across regions
- Digital Channels & Partnerships
- Build and scale platform distribution (apps, web, super apps, wallets, telcos)
- Establish strategic partnerships with gaming platforms, fintech, telecom, and digital ecosystems
- Develop scalable affiliate, agent, and B2B2C models
- Go-to-Market & Product Commercialization
- Lead GTM for online games, interactive gaming products, and digital experiences
- Optimize product-market fit through data insights and user behaviour
- Collaborate closely with Product/Tech on features, retention, and monetization loops
- Marketing & Customer Growth
- Own full funnel: acquisition → retention → lifetime value (LTV)
- Drive performance marketing, CRM, and growth campaigns
- Build data-driven customer segmentation and engagement strategies
- Team Leadership
- Build and lead high-performing Sales, Growth, and Partnerships teams
- Establish KPIs, processes, and a strong execution culture
Requirements
Experience
- 8–12+ years in commercial leadership roles (CCO / VP Sales / Growth)
- Strong track record in online gaming, digital platforms, or gaming tech companies (highly preferred)
- Experience scaling consumer digital products, marketplaces, or gaming ecosystems
Strong preference for candidates from:
- Online gaming platforms / publishers / studios
- Gaming tech, digital entertainment, or interactive content companies
- Consumer tech (super apps, fintech, telco digital services with gaming exposure)
Capabilities
- Deep understanding of user growth, monetization models (IAP, ads, subscriptions)
- Strong partnership and negotiation experience with large digital platforms
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on execution ability
Other
- Experience in Southeast Asia / emerging markets is a plus
- Fluent English and Vietnamese required
