Regional Sales Manager – Manufacturing & High-Tech
Our client is a leading multinational company providing industrial process solutions and sustainability-driven technologies to customers across manufacturing, electronics, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, textile, and high-tech industries. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and lead a nationwide commercial team in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a nationwide sales and service team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share across key industries including manufacturing, electronics, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, textile, and data centres.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop customer acquisition plans to support long-term growth.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to ensure achievement of commercial targets.
• Collaborate closely with technical and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and business reporting activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B technical sales experience within industrial sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong business development mindset with proven ability to win new business and grow key accounts.
• Experience in industrial solutions, specialty chemicals, utilities, process technologies, environmental services, water treatment, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.
