  • A minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in commercial positions with at least 5 years spent in senior leadership roles within the food or food ingredient industry preferred for this position.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful channel development and customer engagement within Vietnam’s food sector or FMCG industries focused on diverse partnership models.
  • Proven background in both sales management and marketing (brand development or trade/channel marketing) offering a holistic approach to business growth across multiple segments.
  • Experience building sustainable businesses with small to medium enterprises (SMEs) through tailored solutions and entrepreneurial partnership models that foster long-term success.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities combined with strategic thinking skills enabling effective problem-solving in complex market environments where adaptability is crucial.
  • Outstanding communication skills paired with negotiation expertise allowing you to build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholder groups internally and externally.
