• Take full ownership of profit and loss performance by setting ambitious annual targets for net sales and EBITA growth while developing multi-year business plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Design and implement local business strategies that identify new service lines, market segments, and revenue streams to drive sustainable expansion within the environmental solutions sector.
• Prepare detailed annual budgets and three-year plans; monitor financial performance closely and collaborate with finance teams to address any deviations from agreed results.
• Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes and systems to maximise productivity and quality outcomes.
• Champion technical advancement by fostering the adoption of innovative techniques and optimising business processes to strengthen capabilities within the unit.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental regulatory compliance across all facilities while proactively managing risk and upholding best practices in workplace safety.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by engaging regularly with key customers at all levels; understand their evolving needs through meetings, audits, and feedback sessions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with government agencies, industrial zones, multinational companies, and international organisations to enhance brand positioning and market influence.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant discipline; advanced degrees are highly valued for this senior leadership position.
• Demonstrate at least 10–15 years of progressive professional experience including five years or more in senior management roles such as General Manager or Business Unit Head within multinational or international environments.
• Showcase proven ability to lead large teams, ideally within sectors such as environmental consulting, compliance services, water treatment, food safety testing or related life sciences industries.
• Possess strong understanding of business operations including profit & loss management within complex matrix organisations operating at both local and global scales.
• Exhibit familiarity with Vietnamese environmental regulations as well as experience working alongside government authorities.
• Display excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in both Vietnamese (native) and English (professional proficiency), enabling effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bring hands-on experience in developing commercial strategies that grow market share while building enduring client relationships across public sector bodies and private enterprises.
• Show commitment to fostering positive organisational cultures through talent acquisition strategies focused on employee engagement, retention and succession planning.
