What you'll do:

As Head of Sales Pet Food based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in steering the sales strategy for one of the most respected brands in the pet food sector.   • Build and organise a robust distribution network by maintaining regular contact with pet shops, veterinary clinics, supermarkets, online platforms, and other key stakeholders to gather continuous feedback on product quality and service.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders such as veterinarians, trainers, breeders, associations, universities, and social media influencers to strengthen brand presence and credibility within the industry.
  • Oversee area and territory sales activities by providing guidance to Sales Executives, Area Supervisors, or Area Sales Managers for effective execution of policies and instructions.
  • Co-design offline and online sales campaigns in partnership with marketing teams; propose quick wins and feasible solutions to boost performance.
  • Participate in pet shows and various promotional activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
  • Organise regular sales meetings to update the team on market conditions, sales performance, collections status, competitor activities, and other critical issues.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts while updating area customer databases for management review and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Collect competitor information regularly regarding their promotional strategies, pricing models, products offerings, and distribution networks to inform business decisions.
  • Distribute work assignments based on workload priorities and subordinates’ competencies; review their work while providing constructive feedback and mentoring for continuous improvement.
