What you'll do:

As Order Fulfillment Manager based in Ho Chi Minh, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process from offer to cash. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with various internal teams including commercial organisations, finance, HR, quality assurance, and global supply chain functions. • Contribute actively to channel strategies, Go-direct initiatives, and Offer to Cash processes by aligning with APAC & SEA Customer Care & Order Operations strategies within the Vietnam team.
• Serve as a key business partner within the Vietnam Customer Care & Order Operations organisation, orchestrating the end-to-end offer-to-cash journey to ensure seamless transactional customer experiences.
• Drive efficient operational performance by deploying resources effectively and implementing standards such as systems, processes, and tools throughout Vietnam.
• Deliver on regional and global Customer Care annual goals and objectives by maintaining close partnerships with commercial organisations including Sales Account Management and Operating Units.
• Orchestrate the complete customer order fulfilment process by collaborating with Global Supply Chain functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, DRP Planning, Delivery Operations, and Trade Operations.
• Work closely with Customer Care Centres of Excellence on the creation and implementation of global standards to enhance operational consistency.
• Ensure supply visibility and recovery by partnering with Global Operations & Supply Chain teams for inventory management.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality processes to guarantee compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Achieve financial targets by ensuring compliance with all financial policies in partnership with finance teams.
