The Opportunity

  • We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing, vendor management, and production execution activities across the SEA region.
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time production and shipment, supporting supplier development initiatives, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Working closely with sourcing teams in Vietnam and regional offices, you will help manage supplier performance, support new vendor assessments, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency across the sourcing network.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Support sourcing managers in supplier sourcing, product development, and vendor onboarding activities.
  • Assist in evaluating and qualifying potential suppliers in Vietnam and Cambodia.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and report productivity or cost-saving opportunities during factory visits.


Production & Shipment Management

  • Track production progress and proactively manage risks impacting delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, quality, logistics, and merchandising teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Assess factory production capabilities, capacity, and quality standards to ensure shipment commitments are met.
  • Support timely execution of purchase orders and delivery requirements.


Systems & Process Improvement

  • Guide suppliers on sourcing processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain sourcing databases, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support data integrity across sourcing and vendor management systems.

Office Operations Support

  • Coordinate local office administrative activities in partnership with Finance and HR teams.
  • Support expense management, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and employee attendance tracking.
  • Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Provide general operational support and handle ad hoc assignments as required.


Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, supply chain, logistics, quality assurance, or a related function.
  • Experience working within an international business environment is preferred.
  • Exposure to supplier management and manufacturing operations is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and import/export sourcing practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
