What you'll do:
As Senior Indirect Procurement Manager – you will be entrusted with significant responsibility for managing high-value procurement activities that underpin the success of large-scale manufacturing operations. Your day-to-day work will involve developing robust sourcing strategies for critical assets such as brewery equipment or automation systems while also overseeing the acquisition of essential maintenance supplies. - Design and implement category management plans for technical services by collaborating closely with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as KHS, Krones, Sidel to support ongoing production needs.
- Oversee the procurement of maintenance, repair and operations supplies across multiple manufacturing sites by aligning local sourcing activities with global procurement frameworks.
- Lead annual reviews of supplier portfolios in partnership with project engineering teams to assess performance metrics, identify risks, and determine future collaboration strategies.
- Facilitate strategic supplier meetings aimed at enhancing communication channels, sharing industry innovations or best practices, and uncovering new cost-saving or efficiency opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase advice process for all CAPEX projects by ensuring compliance with internal policies as well as engineering or project management standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments related to supply chain resilience; develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays in project delivery timelines.
- Validate budgets for CAPEX and MRO categories by justifying any overspend scenarios while ensuring all investments align with financial targets or organisational priorities.

- Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced procurement systems like SAP Ariba along with strong data analytics capabilities to inform decision-making processes.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies coupled with deep knowledge of category management principles relevant to technical services or MRO supplies.
