Key Responsibilities

• Lead country operations and manufacturing performance.
• Drive sourcing, production, quality, and supply chain initiatives.
• Manage budgets, office administration, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of apparel manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership in factory operations and team management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
