Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager Location: Hai Phong Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A leading European F&B manufacturer is expanding its operations in Asia and seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its new production facility in Hai Phong. This role will oversee end-to-endsupply chain operations including purchasing, import/export, supplier management, compliance, logistics coordination, and team leadership to support smooth factory operations and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supplier Management
• Source suppliers and build a competitive supplier database for cost-effective procurement
• Manage supplier relationships, contract reviews, negotiations, and performance
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on new material and product development
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure quality, pricing, and delivery standards are met
• Oversee purchasing activities, supplier payments, and claims for faulty goods/services

Import & Export Operations
• Manage daily import/export activities to ensure timely shipments and operational continuity
• Coordinate logistics, shipping documentation, customs reporting, and compliance procedures
• Liaise with warehouse teams, customers, and authorities to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company compliance with relevant laws and reporting requirements

Team Management & Process Improvement
• Supervise and develop the supply chain team
• Support cross-functional collaboration across departments
• Prepare for external quality audits (ISO/FSSC/Halal)
• Develop SOPs, improve operational processes, and provide team training
• Resolve operational issues proactively and support additional business requirements as assigned

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain Manager position within manufacturing or EPE environments
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, import/export, and logistics operations
• Experience handling customs procedures and regulatory compliance
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience preparing for quality audits and implementing process improvements
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
