What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Manager in Binh Duong, you will play an integral role in guiding both the planning and warehouse teams towards operational excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing demand forecasting, production scheduling, material allocation as well as managing all facets of warehouse activity from receiving goods to dispatching orders.   • Oversee the full scope of supply chain planning functions including demand planning, production planning, and material planning by managing a dedicated team currently consisting of four members with plans for expansion.
  • Directly supervise all warehouse operations such as inbound logistics, outbound shipments, inventory control, scrap handling, and waste management with responsibility for six staff members.
  • Develop collaborative strategies that optimise supply chain efficiency while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer requirements.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among all supply chain personnel.
  • Implement best practices in inventory management to minimise waste and maximise resource utilisation across all warehouse activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics for both planning and warehouse teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments including procurement, production, sales, and finance to ensure smooth coordination throughout the supply chain.
  • Champion inclusive communication by regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and achievements within the supply chain function.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as the department expands in response to business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all aspects of supply chain operations.
