What you'll do:
As Head of Supply Chain based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire supply chain function from planning through logistics to warehouse management. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with various internal teams as well as external partners to ensure seamless delivery of finished goods across Vietnam and Cambodia. You will oversee master planning processes for multiple factories—including licensed facilities—and manage inventory reviews to maintain compliance with stock policies. Success in this role requires you to drive strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency while balancing cost optimisation with quality assurance. You will also champion digitalisation efforts within the supply chain network. Beyond operational responsibilities, you will nurture a high-performing team by coaching staff members and supporting their professional growth. Your ability to build strong collaborative relationships across functions will be crucial in achieving organisational objectives. By proactively managing risks and integrating business strategies into daily operations, you will help secure sustainable supply solutions that meet market demands.
* Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with cluster and area operations objectives across Vietnam and Cambodia.
* Lead and manage all aspects of supply planning including leaf, cut rag, casing flavour, wrapping materials, finished goods distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, and new product introduction.
* Drive strategic capacity planning across multiple production units to support long-term volume growth and commercial goals.
* Implement operations and supply chain initiatives such as network improvement, cost optimisation, cash management, quality assurance, sustainability practices, and digitalisation projects.
* Represent operations in key forums including inventory review meetings and integrated business planning processes to ensure alignment between sales, demand, supply, and innovation.
* Partner with above-market planning hubs and cross-functional teams to secure sustainable supply through proactive risk management including contingency sourcing plans and business continuity measures.
* Manage relationships with joint ventures, licensed factories, strategic suppliers, and optimise ways of working to enhance collaboration across the supply network.
* Lead implementation of supply network pillars to enhance capability development and process optimisation throughout the end-to-end supply chain.
* Drive people agenda by developing talent pipelines, fostering high performance culture, coaching team members, executing career development plans, and promoting self-development through capability gap analysis.
